NEW in 2014: We will perform TWO concerts and enjoy one additional day together! We will bus the choir on Thursday, July 24 (via Scenic Hawkeye Stages) to Austin, Minnesota for an evening concert at Our Savior's Lutheran Church. Then, on Friday evening, we will perform at the Center for Faith and Life on Luther's campus in Decorah, Iowa.
The 2014 event in a nutshell (included in registration fee):
Sunday, July 20: Late afternoon check in, 1st rehearsal with Mr. Noble, and "Getting to Know You" social gathering
Monday, July 21: Two rehearsals and "S'Mabe's & SM'Ice Cream" evening meal
Tuesday, July 22: Two rehearsals and Nordic Follies evening social event
Wednesday, July 23: Two rehearsals and WNAC Banquet Buffet evening meal
Thursday, July 24: Two rehearsals, travel to & from Austin, Minnesota, concert in Austin's Our Savior Lutheran Church
Friday, July 25: One rehearsal, General Membership Meeting, concert in Luther Center for Faith & Life, and Post Concert Reception
Saturday, July 26: Ronnie's Rolls & coffee for post event debriefing and dormitory check-out
Singer registration fee includes: All rehearsals and concerts, all printed music, mailing costs, practice CD, WNAC T-shirt, social events, instrumentalist honorariums, concert CD (sent after the event), Austin, MN. transportation, and administrative costs to the WNAC.
Non-Singer registration fee: Includes WNAC T-shirt, social events, Austin, MN. transportation, and administrative costs to the WNAC. Non-singers are welcome to observe all rehearsals.

On Campus Housing fee: Housing costs are set by Luther College. WNAC will have two floors of pods in Farwell dormitory. Rooms are available for single and double accomodations. IMPORTANT: If you choose a DOUBLE room, you MUST provide the name of your roommate at the time of registration. WNAC will not assign roommates. If you do not have a roommate, you must select a single room.
On-campus accommodations in Farwell Dormitory: Included for the nights of Sunday, July 20 through Friday night, July 25, 2013. Check-in to the dorm is at 4 PM Sunday, July 20. Check-out is by 11 AM on Saturday morning, July 26.
Evening meals: "S'Mabe's & Sm'Ice" on Monday July 21 (Mabe's pizza and ice cream) and the WNAC Banquet Buffet on Wednesday, July 23 are included in the registration fee for both singers and non-singers.
On-campus Luther cafeteria meals are NOT included. If you would like to eat in the Luther cafeteria, the prices are:
Lunch and dinner: $8.00
The Oneota grill in the Centennial Union is open for lunch.
Deposit to secure your registration: A mimimum $50 deposit is required within one week of your registration to secure your place in the choir. Treasurer Mark Scharff will contact you directly should he not receive payment. No music will be mailed to you until the deposit has been received.
Section balance: We have a limited number of seats in each section of the choir. It is recommended you register ASAP to ensure your seat in the choir. We may ask you to switch to your secondary voice choice or may advise you when a section is full. We may establish a waiting list once a section is full.
The Registration process:
Complete the on-line registration form. NOTE: Each individual, whether singer or non-singer, must submit a separate registration form.
Make out a check or money order or arrange for an electronic payment payable to "Weston Noble Alumni Choir." We require a minimum $50 payment within one week of submitting on-line registration to secure your seat in the choir. No music will be mailed until we have received the $50 deposit.

We will acknowledge your submitted registration via e-mail within 24 hours after you have submitted it.
We will mail registration forms to our mailing list mid-late January 2014 if you prefer to fill it out and use snail mail.
